一、技术参数 Technical Parameters：

1、抓取堆叠次数（视制杯机成型状况）：16～26次/分钟

Grab stack speed (According to the forming condition of cup making machine): 16～26Time/Min

4、使用优势：自动抓取、自动堆叠、自动计数。抓取和计数后输送带自动输送。

二、主要配置Main Configuration:

1、机架采用型钢、型材制造。Machine frame adopts profile steel and profile material.

2、进退采用三菱0.75KW伺服驱动器控制三菱伺服电机进退，位置准确。

3、上下堆叠采用三菱1KW伺服驱动器控制三菱伺服电机进退，计数堆叠准确。

1KW MITSUBISHI servo motor and servopack control the suckers up and down, counting and stacking accurately.

4、进退以及上下导轨采用上银导轨。

Forward & backward rail and up & down rail adopt Taiwan HIWIN brand

5、进退以及上下控制采用伺服电机控制同步带，极大满足了抓取以及堆叠的速度和精度。

Servo motors control the synchronous belt to make the suckers forward & backward and up & down, which greatly satisfies the speed and accuracy of the grasping and stacking.

6、吸盘采用SMC吸盘，材质为硅胶材质，更好保护了模具的安全。

The sucker is SMC brand, silicone gel material, it is safe for the mould.

7、输送机采用0.40Kw电机，步进计数输送

四、机器保养注意事项Machine Maintenance：
